Law Do For You -Proven Expertise & Results

When is it too late to execute a Will? When you need it! Same goes for Powers of Attorney and Directives. We will never upsell you a Trust or another document if we don’t feel it’s necessary for your estate. Sometimes you need a Trust, often times you don’t. But everyone needs a Will, and everyone needs Powers of Attorney. Let us talk through your estate plan and get you set up with exactly what you need.

The probate process does not need to be exhausting or stressful. Let us walk you through the process and take the legal burden off your shoulders. Often a full probate with extensive court requirements is not needed. We will hold your hand through the legal process so that you can focus on family.

Real Estate Law can consist of a myriad of documents and issues. Whether you need a deed or purchase agreement drafted, or whether you need us to review a lease or a sales contract, we have the real estate experience to guide you through one of the biggest transactions of your life. John Schulmeister is also a licensed real estate agent so he is familiar with not only the laws but the industry and market opinion, too.

Very few things in life are more important than your business. It’s your livelihood. Whether you are looking to form a new business, or to continue the trajectory of your current one, make sure your filings and internal documents are up to date. The key part of having your own business—a Limited Liability Company (LLC), for example—is to protect your other assets, outside of your business, from judgment or exposure, and limiting your personal assets from creditors or lawsuits. We create all your documents and structure your entity and your deals to ensure you and your business are in the best position to thrive.

As a former prosecutor, I know how the system works. I know what the prosecutor and the DA’s office are trying to do in your case, and I am here to fight it. When you are charged with a criminal offense, your world can feel like it’s come to a screeching halt. Don’t let it continue to weigh on you. Hire me to be that defense attorney who will combat those charges and make sure justice is done in your case.

When your child is charged with a criminal offense, it can lead to high emotions and volatility for everyone in the house. What you should know about the juvenile system, especially in Collin County, is that the Court and its system are designed to collaborate to help the juvenile obtain the best possible outcome, with an aim toward your child’s records being sealed. Settle in, do not worry, and give me a call.
